The Sakharov File

This is a shortened, English language version of the file presented to the European Parliament in support of Bandazhevsky’s candidature for the Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought. (2003) Bandazhevsky was one of the 7 shortlisted candidates.  (The prize was finally awarded to the secretary general and the staff of UNO in memory of Sergio Vieira de Mello).
